Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated. See class descriptions for more.

  • Joyful Yoga – All Levels Yoga for Everyday Well-Being: 10 Thursdays at 10am from September 19th – November 21st / 10 classes for $100 / 5 classes for $65 / $15 drop in / Wallingford Presbyterian Church
  • Balance Workshop: Saturday, September 7th 10-11:15am / Swarthmore United Methodist Church. Donation-based.
  • Gentle Yoga – 8 Tuesdays at 9:00am / Wallingford Presbyterian Church / Oct 1st – Nov 19th / Sign up through WSCC starting 8/30 – $47 FILLED
  • Hatha Yoga – 8 Thursdays at 6:00pm / Wallingford Presbyterian Church / Oct 3rd – Nov 21st / Sign up through WSCC starting 8/30 – $47
  • Balance 101 – 8 Thursdays at 1:00pm / Swarthmore United Methodist Church / Oct 3rd – Nov 21st / Sign up through WSCC starting 8/30- $50
  • Chair Yoga with Ann: $15 drop-in, $65/5, $80/8 – Swarthmore United Methodist Church. Ongoing Tuesdays at 11am. Your first class is free if you’re 65 or older, for the month of September.
  • Yoga for Men with Brian: $15.00, $40.00 for 3 sessions; Sundays at 11:00 and Thursdays at 6:30; S. Philadelphia (1809 S. Bancroft St.) Ongoing.
  • We offer chair yoga to all levels at assisted living facilities. Reach out to see if we are at your facility, or you’d like to add our services to your activity schedule!
  • Private Sessions for Individuals, Groups, and Families – Ann or Brian
