Gentle Flow Yoga

🐝YOU’RE INVITED to join the Gentle Flow Yoga Community!🐝 

“Gentle” is a state of mind. It means we learn to listen to our bodies and minds, and accept with compassion whatever we come across. While we may move at a gentler pace, and take extra care during transitions, we practice with all the effort of any other yoga class! 

Explore the equilibrium between effort and ease during accessible sequencing designed to connect mind, body, and spirit. We unleash joyful freedom during rhythmic movements linked with the breath…and find steady poise through stable alignment in classic poses. Yoga mat, blocks and strap recommended. A pillow and blanket for our final relaxation pose might also be nice! Discover:

Gentle Yoga for Back Care

About the Instructor: Ann Grace MacMullan is a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 200) and believes in the healing power of yoga for everyone, no matter what age, level of fitness, or life circumstance. Ann is currently pursuing her E-RYT 500 and C-IAYT, certification in Yoga Therapy. She has been teaching yoga and meditation throughout the Philadelphia area for five years, and teaches yoga and balance classes every semester through Wallingford-Swarthmore Community Classes.
