6 Saturdays: March 6th – April 10th
Zoom with Ann * Saturdays at 10am
Unwind with this gentle but challenging ancient form of exercise. Learn basic yoga asanas to improve strength, balance, and flexibility while focusing on the thread of the breath that “yokes” the mind and body together.
Ann offers modifications so that participants of all levels and ages can benefit. This is a wonderful class for any individual who wants to stay strong, alert and active regardless of their age.
We need stable routine, and we need fellowship. Join our Hatha Yoga community for the entire series to receive access to class recordings and personal practice tips each week. (Or drop in to individual classes as your schedule allows.) You’ll receive a Zoom link a few hours before each class you’re registered for.
